About Movement Therapy
Movement Therapy is a private facility that offers 1-on-1 personalized sessions and small group sessions that are based on individual needs and wants. The focus and passion is to create an environment that is based on movement quality and complexity.
A brain based philosophy is used to determine the root of movement dysfunction. This system enables us to create a program that integrates movement health towards movement complexity and capacity.
This perspective is based on high attention to detail and the quality of movement patterns that we use in everyday life or high levels of movement in sports and movement arts.
Trusted and referred to by some of the top orthopedic doctors in the area. Movement Therapy has a proven track record of improving movement health for clients of all ages with a unique integration of manual therapy and movement strategies to re-create movement freedom.
Movement Nutrition is a term that is used to describe group sessions that are based on the correlation between food and movement. We all have different nutritional needs as humans. Sometimes we need more of one thing than the other based on what we have going on in our lives short term and long term.
This session primarily involves bodyweight that integrates patterns based on the first year of life… as human beings. Prioritizing movement quality over movement quantity.
